I look at people because I see them.
I know this makes them uncomfortable at times and I learnt to control it. But I still love doing it.
Every little detail attracts my attention and opens a door to their lives and imagination. I look at their skin, hear their breath. I look at them eating, laughing and see them in my mind making love or playing video games. I imagine what their lives could be. i see them sitting in their living room. I see them crying and getting mad.
i see their lives as i look into their eyes.
And to me we all look like kids wearing masks and pretending to be grown ups.
We're all so trapped in our roles and jobs and expectations that we forget who we really are and what we're here for. We forget how great it is to look at the world with open eyes and curiosity.
We don't even look at each other anymore. our eyes fly over the world without really seeing it, protected as we are by our airpods and sunglasses. everything just looks like a movie. everyone feels like a secondary character of our own show.
We're so focused on what's got to be done that we just don't realise that we are not a gear in the machine. we don’t understand that reality is real and that we exist as human beings. And human beings are meant to stay together and open to each other.
we all resonate to each other vibration. Nobody is a stranger, we all are one.
In this 21st century, full of marvel and advancements, the real rebellion, dear friends, the real disruption will not come from hollow machines and artificial intelligences. it will come from people that will dare to look into each other eyes and try to grasp the invisible substance of the universe we all are made of.
The only intelligence that will save us is not artificial. it’s not hidden in a keyboard or a screen. it’s elemental. it’s the force of the universe that shines bright in each other eyes and hearts.
